Registration Requirements

All candidates that work through Your World will be required to provide us with the following documentation before or at their formal Interview prior to starting an assignment:

  • A completed application form
  • An up to date CV
  • Details of current insurance e.g. MDU or MPS
  • Confirmation of which primary Care Trust performer lists you are registered on
  • Verified copy of a photographic identity (i.e. Passport, Driver’s Licence)
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • CRB clearance
  • 2 x proof of address
  • 2 passport photographs
  • A signed copy of our Agency Staff Handbook
  • Police check if you arrived less than 6 months ago/were out of the UK for more than 6 months – this must be dated within 3 months of registration
  • 2 references  - 1 from current, 1 from most recent employment
  • Copies of all professional qualifications
  • GMC Registration
  • Certificate of GP training –PMETB, JCPTGP, Prescribing experience
  • BLS/ALS Training
  • Proof of Insurance- MDU, MDUS,MPS updated annually
  • Hepatitis B serology report
