Job Description

The Health Care assistant must be well presented and able to work on own initiative as will be working unsupervised.

This is a three month contract, possible it could get extended and it is full time hours, Monday – Friday 9-5

The role will entail the Health Care Assistant to drive round to various locations and carry out Standard NHS Health Checks on patients.

MUST have a driving licence and access to a car

MUST have experience doing the following, within the UK:

• NHS Health Checks

• Cholesterol Checking – Not Essential

• Checking weight, height and blood pressure

• CVD Risk

• Diet Advice

• Smoking Advice
