Job Description
My client in London is in need of an experienced RMN who has recent Mental Health experience working in the Community or in an NHS setting.
The ideal candidate would have previous Management/Team Leading experience and would be responsible for a dozen a non clinical staff. You would be expected to both lead the team and also pass on your own knowledge to help the guide the team in the right direction.
You would need to be dynamic and if possible have previous business/Management background knowledge/experience.
