Job Description

Your world are currently looking for Trauma and Orthopaedics consultants for an IRO – Independent Review Organisation: we receive medical cases from our customers (medical insurance providers) and our network of consultants review these cases and provide their view as for the medical appropriateness of the proposed treatment in each case.

We are active in the UK market for several months now, with established relations with the leading Private Health Insurance providers in the market.

We already have a network of consultants across different practices, but due to growth of our business we need to recruit more orthopaedic consultants with special interest in knee surgery.

The consultants which take part in our network have the flexibility to decide when and how many cases they would like to review, as there are no restrictions on minimum or maximum number of cases. They usually do it in the evening hours, as there is no need to see the patients, only to provide their expert advice based on the clinical information we provide them in each case. Consultants are typically investing between one to five hours per week reviewing these cases and the pay is 110 GBP per hour.

We would like to recruit additional 15 – 20 consultants within the next several weeks.
