Job Description

Responsible for managing service team and activity ensuring Service department KPI's are achieved, customers satisfaction levels are exceeded and facility Quality/Health & Saftey regulatory compliance is maintained.

To promote and maintain good relations withn the Company and all customers. The Service Manager will take the lead in developing a strong partnership with customers and ensure that regular communication with nominated key customer managers is maintained and ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining a team of personnel whch comprises of: Service Administrator; T-Doc Administrator.

To work with the facility to ensure the delivery of services to customers and ensure SSF1 and SSF2 targets are achieved.

Ensuring Service Team achieves department objectives/KPI's as set by Facility General Manager/Operations Director.

Responsibility for ensuring regular service meetings with customers are carried out to discuss SSF1's. MEetings myst be carried out and SSF1;s agreed in time for invoicing periodat month-end.

Report generation upon request from customer and/or senior management request.

Health & Safety activity upon request by facility General Manager and/or member SCS Divisional Health & Safety Senior Management team.

To participate in annual Personal Development Reviews and appraisals for their own direct reports where apprpriate and to ensure all staff identify their own learning and development needs by planning a personal development strategy.

Academic Qualifications:

Degree Level.

Job Skills & Knowledge Required:

Previous experience working as Service Manager dealing with Customer Service with a specific focus on quality.

Previous knowledge and experience of working in Decontamination desirable.

Previous knowledge and experience of working with the NHS desirable.
