Job Description

Your World Healthcare are currently recruiting a Ward Manager to work for a busy independent hospital located in Reading. Our client prides itself on providing excellent standards of care for its patients and a motivational working enviroment for it's staff.

You will be expected to provide exemplary planned care for patients while managing a team of staff. Also to ensure the team delivers effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership.

The candidate must be dynamic, in a position to demonstrate ability, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Given the nature of the working enviroment, flexibility is a key element the interested candidate must possess.

HDU experience and ALS certification would be an advantage.

The annual salary is circa £33k - £38k, Private Health Insurance, Annual Leave, Sick Pay, Pension,and other fringe benefits.
